Delivery Policy

Delivery by ESD Check
We can deliver to almost 100% of the United States and Canada.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

In most areas of the United States, orders placed after 2p.m. central standard time will be shipped the next business day, if the item is currently in stock. If for any reasons, we cannot ship on the next business day, we will notify you via email.

Week-end and Holiday Shipments
Saturday and Sunday shipment are not available. Any order received on Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipment
At this time, ESDCheck.com can only ship to the United States or Canada.

Delivery by USPS®, UPS® or Fedex®
At this time, products from ESDCheck.com are delivered by USPS®, UPS® or Fedex®. You can also elect to use and specify your own account number with UPS® or Fedex®.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at customerservice@esdcheck.com or 1-855-STATIC1 (782-8721). You will receive a RMA number from Prostat. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You will be required to provide your credit card payment information in order for us to process the refund.

Please note that it can take from 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Return Policy


General Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ESDCheck.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us at customerservice@esdcheck.com or 1-855-STATIC1 (782-8721) to begin the process. You will receive a RMA number from Prostat.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable
ESDCheck.com does not accept returns of the following items:
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
Refunds

How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will go to the credit of which you used to place your order on ESDCheck.com. It may take 3 to 5 days after your return is processed. Due to security purposes, ESDCheck.com does not store credit card information and you will be required to provide the credit card number to process the refund.

How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error or you wish to ship it via your own account number.

Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.

Items that do not meet our return guidelines will receive only partial refunds. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price. If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.

Partial Refunds
Partial or no Refunds will be issued for the following items:
  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received
