Delivery Policy

Delivery by ESD Check
We can deliver to almost 100% of the United States.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

In most areas of the United States, orders placed after 2p.m. central standard time will be shipped the next business day, if the item is currently in stock. If for any reasons, we cannot ship on the next business day, we will notify you via email.

Week-end and Holiday Shipments
Saturday and Sunday shipment are not available. Any order order received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipment
At this time, ESDCheck.com cannot ship outside the United States.

Delivery by USPS® or UPS®
At this time, products from ESDCheck.com are delivered by UPS® for the United States. You can also elect to use and specify your own account number with UPS or Fedex. This option is available to US customer during checkout.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ESDCheck.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online Returns Center, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a Return Mailing Packing Slip to include with the return package.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
ESDCheck.com does not accept returns of the following items:
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
Partial Refunds
Partial or no Refunds will be issued for the following items:
  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Using our Return Mailing Packing Slip
The return mailing packing slip obtained from our online Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. and Canada.

Each return mailing packing slip is identified for a specific item. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing packing slip.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by ESDCheck.com.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue. For items directed to our Returns Center, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.

How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will go to the credit of which you used to place your order on ESDCheck.com. It may take 3 to 5 days after your return is processed.

How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

If you printed a postage-paid return mailing label from our website or used a pre-paid label sent by Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.

Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price. If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
